This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no trackers that follow you around the internet. Visitor counting will be done with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and stores no personal information.

If you join the mailing list, your email address is used to send you the newsletter and nothing else. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works the first time.

What this site is not

Nothing here is medical or psychological advice. If grief is making it hard to function, a doctor or a counselor is the right next step, not a website.
